I'm tired. I've been playing with a new iPhone App. It's not that interesting...but I can't stop playing with it! I'm breeding frogs, feeding frogs, making frogs jump, giving them a lovely place to live...and for what? I don't know...but I was up until 2:00 last night playing with them. I need a life.

Today's photo was taken during our trip to visit my sister. This was a playground near her house.

Oof...I need to go to bed. I have a headache. I think it was the Chinese Food from PF Changs. Maybe? I'm not sure. Anyway, I had dinner with Uncle John, my Cousin Twice removed and his wife. My Cousin is from London, England and his wife is Canadian and they live in New York. They're a fun couple. So is Uncle John. He's the best.

Today's photo was taken this past weekend. This is little Ms. 'Cakes feet while she sat at the hair dryer.

I'm listening to another show of Suspense...and another show of a spouse wanting to kill their significant other. The woman just killed her house and then started screaming. Umm...lady...you just shot him, don't you remember? Not the other way around. Ah well...at least it's not your typical poisoning of an invalid spouse. Just say'n.

What a weekend. It actually stopped raining on Saturday. What a beautiful cool day. We threw little Ms. 'Gus a birthday party on Saturday. 'Cakes did a marvelous job with all the food. Everyone was raving about all the tasty food. She's a fabulous cook, if I do say so myself. And I do.

Unfortunately the rain just couldn't stay away long enough. It rained all day today (Sunday). Oof. Makes me sleepy. Oh well. At least we had one pretty day.

Today's photo was taken during our trip to Bristol, TN. My sister took us to a lovely park with a stream, where we had lunch.

Happy Birthday 'Gus!! Hope you have a wonderful, marvelous, fantastic, bold venture day! Or Month...since you like to celebrate your birthday the whole month of October. Hopefully the rain will go away for a bit so you can have a nice sunny day.

Speaking of rain...wow...we've had none stop rain for four days in a row. I feel like today was the worst of them all. It was ridiculous! I'm almost tempted to buy a canoe in case of an emergency.

So, I just downloaded a new iPhone App. I'm obsessed with it. It's called Fruit Ninja...and I can't stop chopping the fruit! I'm sure my dreams will involve Ninja Fruit coming to get their revenge on me.

Today's photo was taken during our trip to see my sister in Tennessee. Here is the birthday girl 'Gus and her little new addition, Rosie. Rosie is a scrappy little lady.

Lots of rain! I think we're going to get more rain tomorrow too. Probably flooding. Our neighborhood should be pretty safe though, so that's good.

Not a lot going on right now. We have a big weekend this weekend...it's little Ms. 'Gus' birthday. Yup, that's right...her birthday. Old Lady.

The ladies and I had a good workout today. It was extremely tough...I felt like I was taking a shower in my own sweat. Oof. It didn't help that it was muggy out again, which made it muggy in the gym. Hence...all the sweat.

Mom called me today...she knows what she wants for Christmas already and made sure to tell me. She's funny.

I'm pretty excited, I forgot to mention it the other day, but I got my Timbuk 2 cases the other day. One for my iPhone and another for my new Camera. Yes...that's right, a new Camera. I can take it on my races with me or hiking or whatever without the fear of dropping it. Sweet.

It's been raining since Sunday. I don't mind it so much, we needed the rain...it just makes me sleepy.
So...my sister just called. She's bored and needs someone to talk to while she walks her little doggie. She's talking about spray foam. It's kind of tough talking on the phone and trying to write.

'Cakes and I went for a run today. It's so muggy outside that it is hard to breath. Also my left knee started bugging me. I need to keep up with the running though, because we have our Halloween Race at the end of October. 10k. Oof.

Today's photo was taken during our trip to visit my sister in Tennessee. We stopped and had lunch here before we went hiking.

I'm finally back! I'm sorry, I took a very very long hiatus. I didn't have any new material to share, but I do now. I've got a couple of fun trips in store also, so hopefully I'll get some more material. Nice.

I've been on an Old Time Radio kick. I found an amazing Internet Archive that's not blocked at work. So I listen...while I work. Well...I have to get ready for a birthday party...actually we have 2 to go to today. Wow.

Today's photo was taken about a year ago, when Giuseppe was just a little puppy. Now she's a big 33 pound beast....but just as cute.

Just finished up a brochure for my sister. Now I just want to finish this up so I can read a couple of pages of 'The Girl Who Played With Fire'. I've been trying to be good about taking care of Freelance, Running, and Reading a book. So far so good.

Today's photo was taken during my trip to San Fransisco. I was on a bus to Fisherman's Wharf. I think we passed this Truck/Van in Chinatown.
