Our boss treated our team to dinner tonight. She took us to a restaurant called Fire & Vine. I believe Ms. 'Gus will have to par-take in this restaurant...because she's a big fan of the Vine. That Lush. This is totally up her alley. Speaking of 'Gus...I wonder if she's having fun in L.A. I bet she is I bet she is. She's going to go hog crazy at a winery...she mentioned shipping back some Wine home...something about not wanting to have to carry all 10 bottles back on the Plane with her. That Lush.
Anyway, back to Fire & Vine. It was good. I even par-tooked in a glass of wine. I didn't finish it though. I'm a light weight. Our new boss asked us to tell them something about ourselves that no one knows. Of course she called on me first...but before I could even say anything she asked me what kind of Dog Cheeky was. So I told her, and then she moved on to the next person. Hmmm...Does that really constitute as me giving you something that everyone doesn't know about me? Ah well.
I need to hit the hay pretty soon. I've got an early morning meeting to go too. I certainly don't want to miss the free continental breakfast. Isn't that right Big E?
Oh oh...I got another note on my front door today. This time it said...'We apologize for not giving you your water bill in months...but please pay your amount by August 15th. Wow...isn't that nice? I guess we're lucky we just moved in last month, so we only had 1 month to pay. I wonder how many months they've gone without sending the other tenants their bill? Well...believe you me, this nice sheet of paper is going in their file. I'm just say'n.
Today's photo was taken in Boston, Massachusetts several months ago, when Ms. 'Gus and I went to the HOW Design Conference. The building on the left is the Trinity Church. I don't know what the building on the right is. Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
