Wha cha have to say for yourselves? How was your St. Patty's day? I didn't celebrate St. Patty's day...but that didn't mean I didn't spend time with another Patty...Ms. Pattycakes and I had our weekly roomie hang out night. We ordered some Indian food and pigged out and then she helped me make a Mocha Cake. Ok seriously, I helped her make it. She's a natural in the kitchen. Anyways, I'm hoping it turned out good. I feel confident about the cake part, but the icing? That's a bit iffy. We'll see.
Did I mention that 'Gus and I saw a Bluegrass Performance in Hampton Saturday night? I can't remember if I did or not, but skimming through yesterday's blog I don't see that I mentioned it. Well anyway, it was delightful. A very talented family of the name Cherryholmes. Anyway it was good fun.
Haven't received my camera yet, but today...I'm feeling lucky! It should be on it's way to me...and I can't wait. Alright, I've got to get back in the kitchen and finish up the cakes before I call it a night, but before I say my good nights, let's talk about today's photo. This is...well I really have no idea what it is. Probably some sort of toy, but what do I know. I took it back in November or early December. It was when Williamsburg had their huge fireworks display. The girls and I met up with B-Rad and his friends and stayed to watch the fireworks. Good times.
